Hello,
I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in :Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 25,69115 Heidelberg. It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (57m2).
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Germany, but now she’s back home permanently, so I’m renting it out.
We will not use the place any more, so you can rent it even for a long term.
The flat is fully furnished and renovated, as you could see from the photos.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.
The place is fully equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, LCD TV, etc.
Also, very important, the utilities (water, electricity,Internet, digital TV,) are included in the rent of 450eur/month.
The kaution is 600eur, and you will get it back when you will move out (I will need a 30 days notice).
Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Jayden Barton
husband of Jesika Barton and I’m a 53 years old retired architect from London/United Kingdom.
I’m a pet owner myself, so I will have no problem if you want to keep a pet in the house, as long as nothing is damaged.
Unfortunately, my health and ongoing treatment don’t allow me to do any travelling for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
However, this won’t affect the rental at all. I can make arrangements to have a real estate agency handle everything for me.
I would like to know how many persons you intend to share the flat with, and for how long. Any other details about yourself would be appreciated.
So I guess this is it for now, I hope I didn’t forget anything.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 450euro security deposit 600 euro ( kaution ) = (1050euro),with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 450euro. The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys. I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. mein Tip bei Wohnungssuche:
- Immer nach Objekttiteln,Anschriften, Telefonnummern und Objektbeschreibungen, Namen der Anbieter, email-accounts der Angebote googlen in „Anführungszeichen“ gesetzt, auch im cache.
- Entweder findet man alte Betrugsangebote, die gleichen Betrugsangebote auf anderen Immobilienportalen oder die seriösen Angebote, von denen die Betrüger ihre Inserate abkopiert haben.
- Oder die echten Anschlußinhaber der Telefonnummern bzw. bei tellows Hinweise auf die Vorkassebetrüger.
- Gefundene Telefon-/Fax-/Handynummern unbedingt bei Tellows eintragen mit Anrufart „Kostenfalle“ und „Wertung“ gefährlich!! Text z.B. „wird von Vorkassebetrüger verwendet“, denn diese verwenden mitunter seriöse Nummern für ihren Betrug. Am besten vorher googlen und dann schreiben „Anschluß gehört zu xxx – wird aber von Vorkassebetrüger verwendet“
- Unbedingt auf Besichtigung bestehen, falls dies nicht möglich ist, handelt es sich um Betrug.
- Wenn für den Erhalt des Schlüssels/Vertrages Vorkasse geleistet werden soll, handelt es sich um Betrug.
- Wenn Personalausweiskopie und andere persönliche Unterlagen vorab per email versendet werden sollen, könnte es sich um Betrug handeln, Aufforderungen hierzu sollten niemals befolgt werden – Unterlagen können auch bei der Besichtigung zur Einsichtsnahme vorgelegt werden.
- Niemals Kopien eines Ausweises an Unbekannte versenden – gerade Reisepässe werden für weitere Betrügereien verwendet
- Wenn Anbietername und Email-Adresse in Angebot und Kontaktantwort voneinander abweichen, müssen sowieso die Alarmglocken klingeln!
- Die Betrüger verwenden oft die Namen und Daten von seriösen Personen und Firmen.
