Thank you for your interest in my apartment rent, and I `m sorry to write in English, but I do not speak German. Also, sorry for my e-mail, but please take 3 minutes to read and you will not regret it. The apartment is still available and would like to rent it to anyone who care the apartment is good condition. The apartment is located in: Heusteigstraße 96, 70180 Stuttgart, Deutschland. I`m the owner of the apartment because before she leave the apartment she make the apartment contract on my name and will be not a problem to make the transaction with you.

Now, a little about me so that we can get to know each other better: my name is Kevin Lampard and I am a 46 years old Management Consultant at Bristol / United Kingdom. The only inconvenience is that my job does not let me go, even for a single day. But this will not affect at all. First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works. I will send a copy of the contract signed by me .
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.

Apartment have 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-kitchen and 1-living room, 1 Balcony, 1 Garage and the apartment features a range of facilities including washing machine, air conditioning, internet and phone. The apartment was renovated in November 2012 and all the utilies are brand new. Also, I have no problem with pets.
The apartment is furnished as seen in the photos. The monthly rent is 450 Euro including bills for hot water, cold water, gas, heat, electricity, cable TV, internet access. Security deposit (Kaution) is 900 euros, at the end of the lease contract, this money it will be refunded to you (you have to give me at least two months notice before leaving the apartment). You can rent the apartment for how much time do you need.
I bought this apartment for me 4 years ago when my company sent me in Germany to work, and the problem is that my company offer me a 13 years contract in Peterborough / United Kingdom and now I decide to rent the apartment. The only inconvenience is that my job does not let me go, even for a single day. Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you can’t move out immediately, we can make the deal, and consider it only an inspection and reservation.
The money I want to receive it monthly on my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. As I have not trusted anyone in Germany I want to do the transaction by a company because they ensures all, they are going to insure apartment and also ensures your money.

The apartment is still available.
It’s fully furnished and recently renovated, as you could see from the photos.
You can either use my furniture or put it in the cellar and use yours.
The place is fitted with air conditioning, dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, LED TV, vacuum cleaner etc.
The utilities (water, Internet, dielectricity, broadband gital TV, one garage space) are included in the „warmmiete“ of 300 EUR/month.
The „kaution“ is 700 EUR , and refundable when you move out (I will need a 30 days notice).
I allow pets in the house because I have one myself.
The building is in very good condition and there is a lift.
I bought this apartment for my son during his studies in Germany, but now he’s back in England permanently, so I’m renting it out for unlimited period.
The minimum contract period is 3 months and maximum is unlimited.
 Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Thomas Holzman and I’m a 52 year old Doctor from London, England 
Unfortunately, my job doesn’t allow me to do any travelling for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
However, this won’t affect the rental at all. The property is managed by a major local agency, and they will take care of the whole process. I will pay their commission.
So if you’re interested, I would like to know how many persons you intend to share the apartment with, and for how long. Any other details about yourself would be appreciated.
